Part I Of The 2nd Lew Fidler Disclosure Report.

The question begs, For the trillions who make this reform minded commentator the undisputed leaders in the politics of Brooklyn.

The question begs, This reform minded commentator has returned once again with a look at the "2nd" Mill Basin-Sheepshead Bay City Councilman, "Yokozuna" Lew Fidler "Disclosure Report".

The question begs, Ladies and Gentleman more of the same "old" politics from the same old "Democrook", I mean Democrat, Lew Fidler.

The question begs, Let's take a look at some of the highlights from this because this reform minded commentator likes to do things in the public, by the public, and for the public.

The question begs, It looks like Queens "Democrook", I mean Democrat, Malcolm Smith gives some serious "Cold-Cash" to "Yokozuna" Lew Fidler.

The question begs, This reform minded commentator wonder if this is the same Queens "Democrook", I mean Democrat Malcolm Smith who did this....

The question begs, From http://www.nytimes.com/2010/02/15/nyregion/15newdirex.html

"Four current or former officials of a Queens nonprofit group or a related charity founded by State SenatorMalcolm A. Smith and CongressmanGregory W. Meeks — a group to which Mr. Smith has directed some $56,000 in state funds — have spent some time on the Senate payroll working for Mr. Smith, and two were among his highest paid staff members, public records show.

Federal prosecutors are investigating the nonprofit group, the New Direction Local Development Corporation, and a related charity set up to aid victims of Hurricane Katrina, and they issued a subpoena at the beginning of February for records from Mr. Smith’s Senate office that show all the money he had directed to community groups over the past decade, a person with knowledge of the subpoena said last week.

Senator Smith’s four staff members linked to New Direction or the related charity include Mortimer Lawrence, who was first Mr. Smith’s chief of staff, then senior staff counsel and then special counsel, making $176,748 a year when he was fired in December 2009 after Mr. Smith lost his title as Senate majority leader. The group’s tax returns for 2003 through 2005 listed Mr. Lawrence as the chairman of its board, a post he still holds, according to the New Direction Web site."

"Staten Island District Attorney Dan Donovan blasted Sen. Eric Schneiderman over a report issued Thursday by Inspector General Joseph Fisch that lambasted Democrats controlling the chamber where Schneiderman has been a star.

Fisch’s report — referred to federal and local prosecutors in Manhattan — found that Senate Democratic Conference Leader John Sampson, Senate President Malcolm Smith and Senate Secretary Angelo Aponte all lobbied on behalf of AEG, and that Aponte leaked the proposals of rival bidders to a consultant tied to AEG."

The question begs, From http://www.elmont.org/news-mainmenu-2/1-latest/3505-inspector-general-report-rocks-state-senate-democratic-leadership-on-aqueduct-deal.html

"The committee was formed after State Senator Malcolm Smith had to recuse himself of the deal due to his business relationships with Rev. Floyd Flake.  Smith formed the committee to deliver the deal for AEG.  The special Senate tapped committee by Senator Smith was uncovered by an internal AEG email recovered by the Inspector General.

Senate President Pro Tempore Malcolm A. Smith, who stated he had recused himself from the selection process due to his personal relationship with AEG partner, the Reverend Floyd Flake, continued to advocate for AEG and was repeatedly updated by Senate staff, e-mail evidence revealed.  Senator Smith also attended the February 2010 AEG victory party at Carl Andrews’ home with Senator Sampson and Senator Eric Adams, chair of the Racing and Wagering Committee."

The question begs, Yep sounds like a donor and "Good Friend" of Lew Fidler's.

The question begs, Looks like another "Democrook", I mean Democrat, and "Good Friend" of Malcolm Smith's in the whole "Aqueduct" casino scandal, fellow "Thomas Jefferson Democrook, I mean Democratic" club member, The "Notorious AEG" John Sampson.

The question begs, From http://articles.nydailynews.com/2010-10-22/news/29441403_1_eric-schneiderman-aeg-senate-president

"The state Senate's Democratic majority is at a fateful crossroads. It can bless gross corruption or dump Brooklyn's John Sampson as conference chief.
There's no two ways about it after a scathing inspector general's report laid bare the horrid inside story of bid-rigging and favoritism in the award of a since-canceled contract to operate a casino at Aqueduct Racetrack.

In the thick of the malfeasance, Sampson betrayed the public trust for cronies and then tried to stonewall IG Joseph Fisch. He cannot continue as one of Albany's three oligarchs - not if New York has a prayer of achieving government reform with a new administration come January.

Six companies bid for the contract. Sampson and Smith went to bat for Aqueduct Entertainment Group, a firm that state bureaucrats found the least qualified.
Sampson leaked inside information to the company while squeezing its officials for campaign contributions and favors. Smith, meanwhile, said he would stay out of the decision-making because of ties to two AEG partners. In fact, he backed his buddies - then misled investigators about his role."
The question begs, Ladies and Gentleman the likes of Queens "Democrook", I mean Democratic State Senator Malcom Smith, and Senate "Democrook", I mean Democrat, John Sampson definitely sound like "Good Friends" of Mill Basin-Sheepshead Bay City Councilman "Yokozuna" Lew Fidler.
The question begs, Which is why this reform minded commentator is coming back with a "Part II" of it's reform-minded look at the latest Lew Fidler disclosure report.
The question begs, As Always The Truth Has Spoken.
